Therapy, also know as counselling, involves talking about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. My aim is to:
We will arrange a free 20 minute call, this allows me to understand what you are currently going through and where you would like to make changes in your life.
Each one to one session is 50 minutes long and charged at £60.
I will advise if I think we should work short or long term. We will agree a fixed day and time that we will meet each week for the agreed number of sessions.
Currently I am holding all sessions online via Zoom and by phone.
Most of my clients prefer Zoom and find it very user friendly. Zoom is free to use, and I will create a private, confidential video call for our sessions, you just need to set up a user account here https://zoom.us/signup and ensure you have access to a camera and mic on your phone/laptop/pc/tablet. (I recommend putting the camera somewhere steady so you can relax without holding it during our session)
If we are meeting by phone I will always call you.
If we are meeting by Zoom I will set up the online meeting and send you the link to join by email.
